There are no call forwarding charges for calls redirected to UK phone numbers. However, international call forwarding is billed at BT Standard Rates.

To activate your business telephone number with 1st Fornations, you’ll need to complete a short onboarding form. You’ll be asked for:

Basic details about your business
Your preferred for a regional or national landline number
The forwarding number you want your calls redirected to

An account with 1st Fornations is also required to set up the service.

How long does it take to set up my business telephone number?

Accepted Answer

Your number will be live within one working day of completing the onboarding form. Once activated, you will receive an email with your new business telephone number.

Can I purchase a business telephone number if I didn’t form my company with 1st Fornations?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Any UK-registered company or LLP can use this service – whether or not you formed your business with 1st Fornations.
